• Make a copy of the blogger outreach template before starting.

Search for Bloggers in Your Niche

• Use Google to search for bloggers using the following queries:

  • Top blogs + [your niche]

  • Best sites + [your niche]

  • Top influencers + [your niche]

  • Major bloggers + [your niche]

  • Example: For offshore talent, search “Top blogs + offshore talent.”

Review Search Results

• Browse list articles from search results that showcase potential bloggers in your niche.

• Open each relevant article in a new tab.

Extract Blogger URLs

• Identify the blogs mentioned in the articles and add their URLs to the blogger outreach template.

• Tip: If the article does not provide the blog URL, search for the brand name on Google and retrieve the website URL from there.

Gather Contact Information

• Download the Hunter.io extension for Chrome or Firefox.

• Visit each blog URL, click the Hunter extension, and gather the contact details (email addresses) of the bloggers.

• Add the contact information to the outreach template.

Identify Contact Names

• Use Hunter to identify the name of the blog owner, editor, or manager.

• Alternatively, visit the blog's "About" page to find the relevant contact name.

• Add the name to your outreach template. If unavailable, skip this step and proceed to the next contact.

Complete Your Blogger List

• Continue repeating the steps above until you have gathered at least 50 bloggers for your outreach campaign
